You've done your research, prepared for a phone call or demo, and then you're hit with the but. "Your product is great and all, but I don't have the money for it." Or, "I could easily use what you're selling, but my boss won't agree to it." Ugh. After all your hard work, it can feel like you've hit a brick wall.
